Cookie policy
Last updated: August 2026
A cookie is a small file that a website stores in the browser of the person visiting it. Alongside cookies there are other browser storage techniques, such as local storage, which serve an equivalent purpose and are subject to the same rules.
In Estonia these techniques are governed by the Electronic Communications Act (Elektroonilise side seadus, ESS), which transposes the ePrivacy Directive, together with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Personal Data Protection Act (Isikuandmete kaitse seadus). Under those rules, storage that is strictly necessary to provide a service the visitor has requested does not require consent; anything else does, and must be blocked until consent is given.
What this site uses
This site uses no advertising, profiling or cross-site tracking cookies. It embeds no social networks, no measurement pixels and no third-party analytics tools.
The only item stored in your browser is the record of your decision about this notice, so that it is not shown again on every visit. It is classified as strictly necessary and therefore requires no consent:
| Name | interimgrowth_cookies |
|---|---|
| Type | Local storage, technical and first-party |
| Purpose | Remember whether you accepted or declined the cookie notice |
| Ownership | First-party, not shared with third parties |
| Duration | Persistent until cleared or until the decision is revoked |
Because there are no analytics, advertising or profiling technologies on this site, there are no cookie categories to enable or disable individually and no consent record needs to be kept. Accepting and declining are offered with equal prominence, and declining is not made harder than accepting.
External resources
The typefaces on this site are loaded from an external font provider. That request installs no tracking cookies, but it does involve a connection to a third-party server, which receives the visitor's IP address as an inherent part of how the protocol works.
Changing or revoking your decision
You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie preferences link at the bottom of every page. Selecting it clears the stored decision and shows the notice again.
You can also clear this site's storage from your browser settings. As the stored item is purely technical, removing it does not affect how the site works.
What happens if you decline
Declining does not restrict access to any content. The whole site works identically, because no feature depends on non-essential storage.
No content is placed behind a cookie wall. Access is never conditional on accepting storage of any kind.
